The Krugtherme
The generously designed Krugtherme is an 890 m² wellness facility with swimming pool, sauna, Kneipp facility and sitting and reading area with fireplace and meditation music.
The Ayurveda Thalasso Wellness Oasis has been practising authentic Ayurveda for 35 years. Our Ayurvedic-vegetarian gourmet cuisine rounds off a relaxing stay.
We are happy to provide you with towels and bathrobes free of charge. Please do not forget to pack your swimwear (bikini, swimming trunks, swimming costume, bathing shoes) as well as comfortable leisure wear (jogging suit) for a relaxing stay.

Monday: Garscha Abhyanga (silk glove full body massage) with aromatherapy and head massage.
Tuesday: Full body Abhyanga (2 hands)
Wednesday: Mukabhyangalepa (head, face, neck & throat massage)
Thursday: Full body abhyanga (2 hands) and flowing oil on the forehead, head massage
Friday: Garscha Abhyanga (silk glove full body massage) with aromatherapy and head massage
