Your responsibilities with us:

• Welcoming and Assisting Our Hotel Guests

• Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Processing Reservations and Guest Inquiries

• Correspondence with guests by phone and in writing

• Issuing invoices and handling cash transactions

• Coordination with housekeeping, service, the kitchen, and hotel management

• Communication and Coordination of Special Guest Requests

• Support for Groups, Events, and Conferences

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Ideally, experience working at a hotel front desk or in the hospitality industry

• Motivated career changers are also welcome

• Enjoyment of interacting with guests

• A friendly and courteous demeanor

• Reliable and independent work style

• Organizational skills and a cool head

• Proficiency in German

• English language skills for communicating with international guests

• Knowledge of Danish is a plus, but not a requirement

• Willingness to work varying shifts, as well as occasional weekend and holiday shifts

In a house this size, there’s always something that needs to be fixed, repaired, or replaced. That’s why we’re looking for a reliable person with hands-on experience to help with the ongoing care and maintenance of our home.

We are particularly interested in applicants with experience as painters and finishers.

Your responsibilities with us:

• General Janitorial and Maintenance Work

• Painting and touch-up work in guest rooms and common areas

• Filling, sanding, and minor wallpapering

• Repair of walls, ceilings, doors, and wooden components

• Minor repairs to furniture and room furnishings

• Inspecting guest rooms, hallways, and event spaces for damage and defects

• Planning and carrying out minor renovation projects

• Support for Renovations and Repairs

• Support for External Contracting Firms

• General Order and Maintenance of the Workshop and Supply Room

• Assistance on the outdoor grounds, if needed

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Ideally, an apprenticeship as a painter and varnisher

• Alternatively, several years of practical experience in painting and renovation work

• Technical skills even outside one’s own field of expertise

• An independent and meticulous approach to work

• An eye for spotting where something needs to be repaired or fixed

• Reliability and a Sense of Responsibility

• A friendly demeanor toward guests and coworkers

• Physical Stamina

• A Class B driver’s license is a plus

Your responsibilities with us:

• General janitorial, repair, and maintenance work

• Monitoring of Lighting and Technical Equipment

• Troubleshooting Minor Technical Issues

• Replacement of light bulbs and small electrical components within the scope of one’s own qualifications

• Repairs to furniture, doors, windows, and room fixtures

• Assistance with minor plumbing and maintenance work

• Inspection of guest rooms, hallways, utility rooms, and event areas

• Preparation for and support during maintenance and inspection appointments

• Coordination with external tradespeople and specialized contractors

• Assistance with Remodeling and Renovation Projects

• General Care and Maintenance of the Building and Outdoor Areas

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Ideally, an apprenticeship as an electrician, electronics technician, or electrical installer
